LSL Partners is preparing plans for Land East of Salfords that will include up to 600 new homes, alongside commercial and community facilities, significant new publicly accessible green space, and new and improved premises for Perrywood Sports and Social Club. Of the new homes delivered here, 45% would be affordable homes for rent or sale.
This consultation is an opportunity to provide your feedback and help shape the plans before a planning application is submitted to Reigate and Banstead Borough Council later this year.
Our public event
LSL Partners will hold a public drop-in event where you can find out more about the plans and give your feedback.
Date 5 June 2026
Time 15:30-19:30
Location Perrywood Sports and Social Club, Honeycrock Lane, RH1 5JQ
After the event, the materials displayed will be available for download from this website, alongside a digital feedback form where you can give your views.
The site
Land East of Salfords is 51 hectares (126 acres) on the eastern side of the railway, between Honeycrock Lane and Cross Oak Lane. It is currently used for agriculture, playing pitches and sports facilities.
On the northern end of the site is the Perrywood Sports and Social Club, which would be replaced on-site as part of the plans with new, improved premises and playing fields.
The site is mostly flat, with only a gentle slope towards its highest point on Picketts Lane.
The site is in a highly sustainable location, with shops and facilities at the village centre within an easy walk, and quick access to the train station which sits on the site’s western boundary. The train station has regular commuter services to London, Gatwick, Bedford, Luton Airport and Three Bridges, and there are employment opportunities locally at Perrywood Business Park, Gatwick Airport and along the A23.
